Wilmslow 10k, 26 Nov
Report by Darren Graham
It was cool and calm in Cheshire for the Wilmslow 10k where two Toddies featured in the 3300 race entrants to make for near perfect conditions. The route took in the sights of the rural surroundings of the town. Paul Alexander raced well to execute a 1minute+ PB of 37.25 to finish 77th overall and 12th v40. Michael Harper also looked to be finding his form again to complete the course in a respectable 42.20 for 255th. The race winner Matt Clowes of Cardiff was the only sub 30 finisher with a time of 29.47 whilst Laura Hesketh scooped the Ladies prize in 34.28 and nearly beat the Ladies course record.
