The 10 Reservoirs race is quite a new race, with its inaugural running being one of the very last races that took place before the very first Covid Lockdown in March 2020, so it was great to see it back up and running again. The race is about 26 miles long, just shy of a Marathon over classic South Pennine / Northern Peak District Moorland Terrain, visiting 10 different reservoirs starting and finishing near the popular Dovestones reservoir before heading over towards Marsden and then south into the peak district towards Crowden before heading back up the Pennine way towards the chew valley. Darren Tweed and Kim Ashworth were first Toddies over the line in 16th and 62nd positions respectively. A total of 6 runners from the club entered the race and all put in impressive runs to get round a challenging course.
