Holme Moss Fell Race, 23 July 2017

Five Tod Harriers took part in the Holme Moss Fell Race, Holmfirth, a 25.5km course with 1285m of climb. A steep, muddy and boggy course on a hot day, the race was in aid of Search and Rescue, who provided lots of water and jelly babies. Chris Goddard finished in an amazing 3.08 and was 16th overall, Stuart Wolstenholme ran his longest race ever in 4:08, and Louise Greenwood had a strong result in 4.17. Dan Taylor finished in 4:31 and Helen Hodgkinson finished in under 5 hours. Winning times were by Peter Bray of Chorlton Runners, in 2:34:08, and Majka Kunicka of Penistone Footpath Runners in 3:27:08.
