Close to home, the local, short fell race Bridestones, organised by Tod Harrier Dan Taylor saw Alex Whittem break his own race record with a time of 34.29. Lindsey Oldfield, also of Calder Valley was first female finisher.
Harriers to complete the route were Chris Goddard (pictured, photo by Stu Wolstenholme), who finished in a fine 5th position (39.59), followed by Phil Hodgson (47.19) and Claire Anderson (54.04).
