St Annes 10 Mile Road Race

The St Anne’s 10 mile road race is a fast and furious affair along the promenade. As a feature of Todmorden Harriers’ Club Grand Prix, the event brought a dozen Harriers out to the coast at the weekend. The honours for the day went to Andrew Worster who claimed second place overall in 59.04, behind overall winner Rob Danson from Wesham Road Runners in 52.59. Darren Tweed also finished in style to claim 3rd place in the male vet category. Along with Darren Shackleton the three men claimed second place in the male team competition. First Tod woman back was Sarah Glyde in 1.13.16, 12th woman behind race winner Dionne Allen from Leigh Harriers in 1.01.08. Full Tod results:
