Saturday 1st July, 2017 Report by Paul Alexander The popular annual Heptonstall fell race took place at the weekend. The 5.9 mile route with 1627ft of climb saw 89 runners race over a mixed terrain including cobbles, grassy fields, muddy slopes, open moorland plus more. Halifax Half Marathon Peter Kerridge and Joanna Fullman took part in the Halifax Half Marathon on Sunday. Peter came an excellent joint 6th on this challenging hilly course with a time of 1:40:29 and Joanna came 12th lady in 2:11:07.
